Well I got hold of the org chart for developers and architects and it seems 4 roles have now fragmented into 15 roles - so this seems ever more challenging to keep a hold of all this - and to think as a solutions architect you have to manage all those areas. How many people in the market can do that at the moment, and what are they getting paid?
